Why Use Custom Templates?
Custom templates in Wavo Health help you:
Personalize Documentation: Structure notes to match your specific workflow or specialty.
Save Time: Use predefined sections and placeholders to streamline note generation.
Stay Consistent: Ensure all your notes follow a uniform format for better organization.
Wavo comes with predefined templates like Extended SOAP, H&P, Mental Health Note, and more, covering various specialties (e.g., physiotherapy, psychotherapy, emergency care, and more). If these don’t meet your needs, you can create your own and set it as your default.
