1. If you signed up with email + password
Go to the sign-in page.
Enter your email address and password.
If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot password?”
We’ll send a code or link to your email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Open the email and follow the instructions to choose a new password.
After this, you’ll be signed back into your account.
2. If you signed up with your phone number
Go to the sign-in page.
Enter the phone number you used when you created your account.
Choose the option to sign in with an SMS verification code.
Check your text messages for the code, then enter it on the sign-in screen to complete sign-in.
If the code expires or doesn’t work, request a new one from the same screen.
3. If you signed up with a social login (Apple, Google, or Microsoft)
On the sign-in page, click “Continue with Apple”, “Continue with Google”, or “Continue with Microsoft” (whichever you used before).
Complete the prompts from that provider.
Passwords for social logins are managed by Apple, Google, or Microsoft. If you need to change that password, you’ll need to do so in their account settings.
4. If you’re not sure how you signed up
First, try entering your email address with the email + password option, and use “Forgot password?” if needed.
If you request a reset email and don’t receive it, check your spam or junk folder.
If that doesn’t work, try your main phone number with the SMS sign-in option.
Finally, try the Apple, Google, or Microsoft buttons you commonly use.
If none of these work, contact support and include any emails or phone numbers you might have used, plus which social buttons you think you tried, and we’ll help you locate your account.
