How to Change or Reset Your Password

You can update your password from your account settings when you’re logged in, or use the “Forgot password?” flow if you can’t sign in. These options only apply if you’ve set a password for your Wavo Health account.

If you usually sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or with an SMS code to your phone, see “If you normally use social login or phone” below.

If You Are Already Logged In (change password)

  1. Open your account menu

    • In the app, click your profile picture or initials in the sidebar or top-right corner.

  2. Go to “Manage your account”

    • Select “Manage your account” (or “Account settings”).

    • This opens your account/profile page.

  3. Open Security settings

    • In the left-hand menu, click Security.

  4. Update your password

    • Under the Password section, click “Update password.”

    • Enter your current password, then create and confirm your new password.

  5. Save your changes

    • Save or confirm the change.

    • Your new password takes effect immediately, and you’ll use it the next time you sign in.

If You Are Not Logged In (forgot password / reset password)

Use this option if you’ve forgotten your password or can’t sign in.

  1. Go to the sign-in page

    • Open your usual sign-in page in your browser.

  2. Start the reset process

    • Click the “Forgot password?” link under the password field.

  3. Enter your email

    • Enter the email address associated with your Wavo Health account.

    • Submit the form to request a reset.

  4. Check your email and follow the link/code

    • Look for an email with a reset link or one-time code.

    • Click the link or enter the code on the reset screen.

    • Choose and confirm your new password.

  5. Sign in with your new password

    • After you finish the reset flow, go back to the sign-in page and log in with your email and new password.

If you want to use this flow while you’re currently logged in (for example, to test it), first log out, then follow the steps above.

If you normally use social login or phone

If you usually sign in without a password—using Apple, Google, Microsoft, or an SMS code to your phone—your password is either managed somewhere else or not required:

  • Apple, Google, or Microsoft sign-in

    • Continue using the same “Continue with Apple/Google/Microsoft” button on the sign-in page.

    • To change the password for those accounts, go to your Apple ID, Google, or Microsoft account settings directly; Wavo Health can’t change those passwords for you.

  • Phone (SMS code) sign-in

    • On the sign-in page, enter your phone number and choose the SMS code option.

    • You’ll receive a one-time code by text; enter it to sign in.

    • In this case, you don’t need a password unless you’ve explicitly added one in your account’s Security settings.

If you’d like to start using a password in addition to social login or phone (for example, so the “Change password” flow works for you), you can add a password from your Security settings once you’re signed in, if that option is available in your account.

Need Help?

If you don’t receive the reset email, the link/code doesn’t work, or you’re not sure whether your account has a password:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Try signing in using Apple, Google, Microsoft, or your phone number in case you originally created your account with one of those methods.

  • If it still doesn’t work, contact Support with the email(s), phone number(s), or social accounts you tried so we can help you regain access.
