Accessing the Export Feature
Export All Notes
Log in at https://secure.wavo.health/en/sign-in.
Click the menu icon (three dots) in the top navigation.
Select “Export Notes” from the dropdown.
Export Patient-Specific Notes
Go to a patient’s folder from the dashboard.
Click the “Export” button in the patient header.
This pre-filters notes for that patient.
Export Formats
PDF Document:
Best for: Printing, sharing, or archiving.
Features: Professional formatting, table of contents, confidentiality footer, and page breaks between patients.
Word Document (.docx):
Best for: Editing or collaborative review.
Features: Editable text with headers, tables, and structured sections, compatible with Microsoft Word.
Troubleshooting
“No notes to export”: Ensure notes exist or include archived ones; verify folder access.
Export takes time: Large exports (100+ notes) may take 30-60 seconds—don’t close the browser.
Download fails: Check browser download settings, allow pop-ups, or try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox).
Formatting issues: PDFs are optimized for viewing; Word files allow post-export edits.
