How to Set Up and Use Wavo Health in 3 Simple Steps

Create an account, capture your first encounter on web or mobile, and review the generated note.

Step 1: Create your account

  1. Create a free account at secure.wavo.health, or tap Sign up in the Wavo Health iOS or Android app.

  2. Use email and password, or continue with Apple, Google, or Microsoft.

  3. Complete your profile and specialty, then allow microphone access when prompted.

One account everywhere: Use the same sign-in on web and mobile so your encounters, patients, notes, templates, and subscription access stay connected.

Step 2: Capture an encounter

Website

iPhone or Android app

Select New Encounter, then Start Encounter. Wavo shows the live transcript while you record.

Open Encounter, optionally choose a patient and template, then tap Start. The app records locally and processes the transcript after you finish.

Use Pause, Resume, and Generate Note.

Use the pause control when needed, then choose Finish Note.

Place the device where it can hear everyone clearly, minimize background noise, and follow your organization’s consent requirements.

Step 3: Review and use the note

  1. Wait for Wavo to upload, transcribe, analyze, and finalize the encounter.

  2. Open the generated clinical note and compare it with the source conversation.

  3. Correct names, medications, measurements, assessments, and plans as needed.

  4. Assign the encounter to a patient, copy it to your EHR, or export it from the website. The mobile app supports reviewing, editing, and copying notes; PDF and Word export are web features.

Always review AI-generated documentation: You remain responsible for confirming that the final clinical record is complete and accurate.
