The Wavo Health app is the native iPhone, iPad, and Android companion to the web workspace. Use the same account on both. Encounters, patients, and notes stay in sync.
Download the app
iPhone or iPad
Open the App Store.
Search for Wavo Health, or use this link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/wavo-health/id6755510317
Tap Get, then open the app.
Android
Open the Google Play Store.
Search for Wavo Health, or use this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wavoai.wavohealth
Tap Install, then open the app.
The app is free to download. Your Wavo plan (including a trial, if you have one) applies to the same account on web and mobile.
Sign in or create an account
Open Wavo Health.
Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web, or continue with Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
If you are new to Wavo, tap Sign up and create an account in the app.
You need an internet connection to sign in. After you are signed in, you can still record a visit if you briefly lose connectivity. Wavo saves the recording on your phone and uploads it when you are back online.
Allow microphone access
The first time you use the app, Wavo asks for microphone access so it can capture the visit.
Tap Enable Microphone Access (or Allow) when prompted.
If you skip this, you can turn it on later in your phone’s Settings. See Troubleshooting Microphone Access on the Wavo Mobile App.
What you can do in the app
Open the menu (drawer) from the left side of the screen. You will see:
Encounter — start a new visit
Clinical Notes — your encounter list
Patients — your patient list
Contact support — chat with Wavo support in the app
Profile — account, subscription, language, storage, and help
From an encounter you can:
Start, pause, resume, and finish a recording
Assign a Patient and choose a Template
Review the generated Clinical Note, edit it, and copy it
Reprocess or delete the encounter
What to do on the web instead
The mobile app is built for capturing visits and reviewing notes between rooms. These workflows still live on the web at https://secure.wavo.health/en/sign-in:
Create or edit custom templates
Upload document attachments (labs, referrals, images)
Dictation Mode and Telemedicine Mode
Export notes as PDF or Word
Restore notes from Trash
Encounter Assistant, Wavo Evidence, and Coding
Chrome extension (side panel next to your EMR)
Organization invites, seats, and billing admin (see How Organization Subscriptions Work in Wavo Health)
Your Wavo plan is on the same account. If you already subscribe on the web, do not buy a second plan in the App Store or Play Store. See Using Your Wavo Subscription on Web and Mobile.
A practical workflow many clinicians use: record on your phone during the visit, then open the same note on a computer to refine it and paste it into your EMR.
