Creating Your Wavo Health Account and Setting Up Your Profile

Create your Wavo Health account on the web or mobile app, choose your specialty, and prepare your microphone for your first encounter.

You can create one Wavo Health account and use it on the website, iPhone, iPad, and Android. Your encounters, patients, templates, and notes sync when you sign in with the same account.

Web and mobile use the same account. Create the account once, then use the same sign-in method on every device.

Create your account

On the website

  1. Go to https://secure.wavo.health/en/sign-up.

  2. Continue with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, or create an account with your email address and a password.

  3. Complete any verification shown by the sign-up form.

  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when prompted.

In the iPhone or Android app

  1. Open Wavo Health and tap Sign up.

  2. Create an account with an email address and password, or continue with Google, Apple, or Microsoft.

  3. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  4. If Wavo sends a verification email, follow the instructions in that email, then return to the app and sign in.

Use the same sign-in method later. If you created the account with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, choose that provider when you return. Do not create a second account with another method.

Choose your specialty

During onboarding, select the specialty that best matches your work. Wavo uses this choice to personalize template suggestions and parts of the documentation experience.

You can change your specialty later:

  • Web: open Settings, then change Specialty.

  • Mobile: open Profile, edit your profile, then change Specialty.

Allow microphone access

Wavo asks for microphone access when you prepare to capture your first encounter.

  • Web: choose Allow in your browser. You can also select the microphone Wavo should use.

  • Mobile: tap Enable Microphone Access or Allow. If you decline, enable Wavo in the phone's microphone settings before recording.
