Trying a Demo Note in Wavo Health

Create a sample encounter on the Wavo website so you can explore a generated clinical note before recording a real patient visit.

A demo note lets you explore Wavo with a sample clinical encounter. No patient recording is required.

Website feature: Create the demo from the Wavo web dashboard. The native iPhone and Android app does not show the Try Demo Note action.

Create a demo note

  1. Sign in at https://secure.wavo.health/en/sign-in.

  2. Open the Documents dashboard.

  3. Select Try Demo Note.

  4. Wait while Wavo creates the sample encounter and clinical note.

  5. Open the demo encounter when it appears.

What you can explore

  • Review the generated clinical note and its structured sections.

  • Edit the note in the rich editor.

  • Copy the whole note, a section, a subsection, or selected text.

  • Try Smart Transform with an instruction such as “Make this more concise.”

  • Create another document from the same encounter with a different template.

  • Export the note as PDF or Word.

  • If your plan includes it, ask the encounter Assistant questions about the sample visit.

Demo content is fictional. Do not copy sample details into a real patient record.

Record a real encounter

When you are ready, select New Encounter on the web. On iPhone or Android, open the menu and tap Encounter.
