Wavo Health is an AI-assisted clinical documentation platform. It captures a patient conversation, creates a transcript, and drafts structured clinical notes for the clinician to review and edit.
Clinical review is required: Wavo produces a draft. Confirm the final note against the encounter and use your professional judgment before adding it to the patient record.
