Coding

None of these tools are in the iPhone or Android app. Use them on the website.

Wavo Evidence

Open Wavo Evidence in the left sidebar. You can also open it from Home as Clinical Evidence.

Use it for sourced clinical questions that are not about one encounter: guidelines, drug dosing, a workup, a comparison, or prep before a visit. When a mode is offered, choose Search, Assess, Compare, or Prepare.

Assistant

Open Assistant in the right panel while you are in an encounter.

Ask about this visit, the generated note, and earlier visits for that patient. Earlier visits are included only when the encounter is assigned to a patient.

Coding

Open Coding in the encounter details panel. It is part of the Intelligence plan.

After a note is generated, Coding can suggest ICD-10, E/M, and HCC codes from that visit. Review every code before you use it.
